Whozu was born on 10th March 1996 in Arusha, Tanzanian. Arua is a popular City in Tanzania, it consist of world-class restaurants, hotels, National park and home to several wildlife including
lions, giraffes, antelops, rhinoceros and leopards.
Whozu finished his elementary and secondary school education in Arua, Tanzania. In 2016, the singer relocated to Dar-es-salaam which is the
Tanzania’s largest city and it consists of various financial and economic
activities. From thence, he began his entertainment career.

He started his music career by posting his songs and art on several social media platforms mostly Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.
