There are few great minds that can match the vocal range and prowess of Kharishma. She is a South African vocal goodness, a versatile song writer and a good performer.

Background & Biography
Kharishma was born January 27, 2004 (Age 20) and hails from Polokwane. The singer started her career first as a dancer and performer, before metamorphosing fully into a singer. Being from a poor background, Kharishma had always wanted to do things that will forever change the story and dynamics of her family and music through her raw talents seemed to be the broader way for her to shine.

Her journey banger way young when she was in grade 8. The vocalist who grew up in Solomondale was inspired by the success of Makhadzi and so followed her footsteps, establishing her forte in the Dance/Venda Pop and Bolo genres.

In 2021, she released her first major song “Savannah” with VRR PHA SA, although the song wasn’t explosive enough to carry her to the music mainstream, it does created an awareness of her craft in Polokwane and surrounding environs.

Rise To Fame
Kharishma made her burst into the SA music mainstream in 2023 after her ‘Matome’ single with Ba Bethe Gaoshazen went viral. The song which amassed over 3 million streams acted as a stepping stone for the versatile vocalist.

While ‘Matome’ was an absolute banger, she didn’t stop there, as she continued to solidify her hold with subsequent release of pure bangers such as ‘Sekoloto’ and ‘A’reyeng’ with Shebeshxt,Naqua & Buddysax.

Education
Kharishma is currently doing her grade 12 at Boshego High School Mantheding.

Relationship & Teenage Pregnancy
Kharishma is in a relationship with Malope Malope Abby. In 2023, rumours flied on social media of her been pregnant. Following comments on her alleged teenage pregnancy, she went to her socials to confirm the rumour, saying she is pregnant and she wishes for people to respect her privacy and not judge or condemn her.
