It was incorporated in 2017 by the Corporate Affairs commission (CAC) as a Nigerian automobile manufacturer and assembler with headquarters located in Plot 14, Adebisi Ogunniyi Crescent, Lekki-Epe expressway,
Ikate, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.
