Mmabatho Montsho is a popular South African actress, On-screen personality, director, presenter, social media influencer and fashion designer. The award-winning actress is well-known for her exceptional acting skills and act. Her unique acting style has landed her several prominent roles in various films and project.
She is best known for acting the role of Lerato in Jacob’s Cross, which is an M-Bet drama series. She also played the role of Lumka Shlomo in Generations on South African Broadcasting Corporation 1 (SABC 1), and as Thembi Phakathi in Rhythm City Television series.

Mmabatho Montsho was born on 19th October 1983 in Soweto, South Africa. She was born into a family of three (3) – two brothers and a sister. She was raised up in Carletonville town, South Africa.
She finished her secondary education at Greenside High School, Johannesburg. Thereafter, she founded her own fashion label business with her high school friend called “Black Olive Designs”. The fashion label was established for designing and selling several female clothes and designs at the B&B Rooftop Market.
Mmabatho Montsho’s ambition for acting led her to further her career in theater arts. She studied Audiovisual multimedia course at the University of South Africa.
