While she was reigning in her small corner of Instagram, she quickly entered the national discourse after Musa Khawula made a tweet alleging that she is the side piece of Murda Bongz, who is married to Zinhle.
Why the suspicion and claim?
Suspicion began to rise following several posts by Sands on her Instagram handle, Iam.Sands, where she uploaded photos that hinted she might somehow be involved with Bongz.
In a photo uploaded prior to the rumour spreading, she was seen wearing a black jacket belonging to Bongz. Such shared clothing between two people can suggest closeness, but in her defence, Sands was modelling for Bongz, which could explain why she wore it.
