Thato Kelvin Ledwaba popularly known as Kelvin Momo, is a talented South African artist, DJ, vocalist, producer, songwriter and performer. Kelvin Momo is referred to as the King of Soulful music genre and the Best music producer in South Africa with his exceptional mixes and astounding beats.
Kelvin Momo is the pioneer of “School of Amapiano”, which is a genre with fusion of Jazz, Deep House, Afro-fusion, Afro-pop and lounge.
In 2019, the singer made his debut with the song titled “Abantu Bethu”, featuring C.A Souls and Mogomotsi Chosen. The song had over 10 million streams across several digital platform including Apple Music, Spotify, Boomplay, Audiomack and Google Music.

Thato Kelvin (Kelvin Momo) was born on 8th August 1994, in Diepkloof, Soweto. Diepkloof also known as Diepmeadow, is a popular town in Guateng province of South Africa, it consist of great geological features for tourism and agriculture. It is home to several notable figures and personalities in South Africa.
Kelvin Momo passion for music began from his early age. Kelvin was fond of Michael Jackson’s art while growing up. According to the singer, he said he was greatly influenced by several American music superstars like Drake, Michael Jackson, Lil Wayne, Nelly and 50 cent.
