Abel Molapo popularly known as Visca is a talented South African DJ, Artist, Performer, Director and Producer. Visca was born in Katlehong, which is a township in Gauteng Province of South Africa.
Katlehong is sometimes referred to as a blessed town in South Africa. It is home and birth place to many South Africa Artists, Celebrities, Politicians and Sport players. Katlehong consists of a great historical origin and a beautiful geographical views and it serves as a tourist attractions for visitors globally.
Abel Molapo (Visca) was raised in Maboloka, South Africa. Visca started music from his early age, where his Uncle introduced him to Kwaito music genre, which is a popular music genre in South Africa in the early 1990s as it consists of African melodies, cultures and stories.
Abel Molapo (Visca) – Career
Abel Molapo adopted the stage name Visca, and in 2006, he started his career as a DJ, where he mixed several mixtapes with melodious rhymes and beats. In 2010, he learnt music production and he got featured on several mixtapes including Aluku Rebels, who is an international DJ from the United Kingdom.
The Mixtape of Aluku Rebels was a success, as it gained remarkable views across several digital music stores, and it was also a hit song in popular online radio named “Drum Radio” hosted by Fiddla Lewis.
