On October 14 2023, Thuli Phongolo posted on her Instagram page about their recently created group called 2-Faced with DJ Slenda.
The pair made their debut appearance, dressed in matching Orange outfit, at the Mangaung African Cultural Festival (MACUFE) in Bloemfontein, South Africa. MACUFE is an annual events of African arts and culture displaying various arts, cultures and sports. It is one of the best Africa festival with over 500,000 audience.
The duo aim is to create a sparkling sounds in the South African music industry by bridging the gaps between two powerful music genres and blending the rhythms of Amapiano and Gqom to create an amazing music.
