b. Write an official letter to your financial institution or bank requesting for a reversal of the wrong transfer

c. Visiting your bank or financial institution to make an official complaint to recall the wrong transfer

2. Getting a court order for reversal of wrong transfer

Court Order is a judgement given by the court or judge to carry out an order or instruction. The court order process involves the process whereby a motion on notice is filled at the court stating the reason and facts for the issue being brought to the court by attaching a valid material evidence showing the transaction details (Amount, Account Details of the beneficiary, Bank name of the beneficiary, Date of transaction etc.) erroneous transferred to the wrong beneficiary.

Based on the evidence provided to the court. The judge will consider the evidence being presented to the court by the applicant. Then, an Order or Judgement is given to reverse the wrong transfer.
