In 1992, Pastor Abel Damina began his pastoral work “Power City International” at the Apex Cinema Hall, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. As at time, the church runs three services every Sunday. According to Dr. Abel Damina God spoke to him saying “Feed my sheep, for they are hungry; I’m raising a quality people who will stand their ground and not fail me.”
