Brian Mwenda Njagi (Age 28), popularly known as Lawyer Brian Mwenda is a popular Kenyan Human right activist, controversial Lawyer and Social Media Influencer.
Brian Mwenda is an exceptional and rare acclaimed lawyer, he is professional and knowledgeable in handling civil and criminal law cases. Brian has managed and secure victories in 26 legal cases while falsely portraying himself as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

Recently, the Kenyan enforcement authorities arrested the false acclaimed lawyer, Brian Mwenda, for not having any legal qualification whatsoever, and he is not a registered member of the Kenya Legal association. But, he handled several cases victoriously in front of the High Court Judges, Magistrates, and Court of Appeal Judges. His victories has raised eyebrows within the legal community and beyond.
Several people around the world has hailed him as a legal genius for achieving a Legal feat despite not having a formal Law education, while others want him to be prosecuted and fully face the Law for impersonation against the Legal association of the country.
However, the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Nairobi Branch Rapid Action Team (RAT) has played a very crucial role to uncover the imposter.
Currently, Brian Mwenda is been arrested and he his under the custody of the Nairobi Branch Rapid Action Team (RAT) headquarters for further investigations. According to the Law enforcement agency, This case serves as a warning to others impersonating, that the Law will surely catch up to them.

stop seeking solace in criminality mr.know it all.Imagine of a scenerio where you had a quack operating on your loved one in a critical condition or a first-time learner behind the wheels on a Nrb-Meru highway driving you to Tigania.How about those law students working very hard to become lawyers ,could be your son or daughter.Lets call a spade a spade.Sorry for your darling loya.Let it be known that his masquerading is over.The media sensation he has enjoyed will also dwindle in a couple of days too.

LSK should understand that he won cases in accordance to the Kenyan constitution and the rule of the law.Hence should be awarded lawyer of the decade and all allegations pose against him be withdrawn and rendered useless
