Apostle Mohlala (Hlulabathakathi) is a popular South African pastor, prophet, teacher, Philanthropist, husband, apostle and founder of the Apostle Mohlala Ministries and the Shekinah healing ministries in Cape Town, South Africa.
Apostle Mohlala is referred to as the Prophet of God, He teaches the truth and interprets the word of God. He calls on the unjust to repent. He receives revelations and directives from the Lord to deliver people from captivity. He is a father to many Christians, he looks into the future and gives a prophetic declarations and they come to pass.
Jeremiah 1:10 “Today I appoint you to stand up against nations and kingdoms. Some you must uproot and tear down, destroy and overthrow. Others you must build up and plant.”
Apostle Mohlala brings the word of God to his people and calls them to respond with effective encouragement. He also teaches, encourages, intercedes and counsels his congregations to the path of righteousness.

It is not unusual on a feast Sunday for the tall, white structure which houses Apostle Mohlala Ministries in Khayelitsha to be heaving with up to 10,000 worshippers, perhaps the biggest congregation in Cape Town, finding their place and space to be with God.
It is also a church in which its namesake pastor, Apostle Moosa Joshua Mohlala, likes to talk about the intersection of faith and belief – the evidence of things unseen – to change lives, turn things around and remind generations that what anyone really needs is Love.
“I believe that making the impossible, possible, starts by receiving His love. That’s faith,” says Apostle Mohlala who in himself presents a vigorous self-determination within a calm, pleasant demeanor.
The Calling of Apostle Mohlala
It’s a life’s journey that started as a young man growing up in kaNyamazane near Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, in the mid-90s, where Moosa Mohlala had a vision.
“In my sleep I would see myself preaching and speaking to a multitude of people – but I put it out of my mind. In my village there was an old man who I had a dream about. He said: “Mohlala boy. I’m dying, still you have not shown me the way.” Two days later I heard that the very same old man died. These kinds of dreams continued and eventually the only thing I could do was to go on a fast to find out what I was being called to……..

Apostle Mohlala (Hlulabathakathi) is the founder of the Apostle Mohlala Ministries and the Shekinah healing ministries in Cape Town, South Africa. According to the apostle is spiritual father is Jesus Christ.
He founded the Apostle Mohlala Ministries, a 100% prophetic and apostolic ministry centered in Cape Town. He is the founding leader of Shekainah Healing Ministries (SHM), which has headquarters in Cape Town and branches throughout South Africa. (SHM) began in 2002 when apostle Mohlala responded to God’s call and was given strict instructions to start a ministry in Cape Town, South Africa, to set the captives free, be the funnel, and God’s mouthpiece to his people.’
